FAQ

Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We offer free delivery within the USA and international deliveries at a flat rate of 5 USD.

PLEASE NOTE that some countries impose additional charges and/or taxes on imported goods for which we are not responsible. We strongly advise to check your country's tariff/tax policies before ordering.

When will I receive my order?
Some of our items are stored in our warehouse in Michigan, USA, whereas others are being shipped from China. We suggest to check the location of each item on the product page to figure out how long it may take you to receive it.

US orders from US warehouse usually take 2-5 days to get delivered to your door. 

International delivery from China usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. IMPORTANT NOTICE! Orders that were placed in February and contain items from China will be on a delay. Thus, the timeline extends to 65 days. We apologise for any inconveniences caused.

Will my order arrive on time for ______?
We cannot guarantee that your items will arrive to you on a specific date as there is a risk of postal delays, especially during big holidays. Thus, we are not held responsible for such inconveniences. To avoid possible issues, we recommend placing your orders in accordance with the item's location and our suggested shipping timeline.

How can I pay?
There are two ways you can pay:
1. via PayPal Express Checkout by logging in to your account or
2. via Checkout.com by entering your credit/debit card details in the payment section.

Will I be charged any custom fees?
Some countries impose additional charges and/or taxes on imported goods for which we are not responsible. We strongly advise to check your country's tariff/tax policies before ordering.

I only received part of my order, what should I do?
It is possible that if you ordered multiple items, they will reach you in separate packages at different times. We aim to send you the order as soon as we can, so if one item is ready sooner than the other - we will ship it first! Please feel free to get in touch with us if you feel that one of the items is taking longer than it should via hello@yummycactus.com.

Tracking shows the item was delivered, but I didn't get it.
Usually, if the tracking says "delivered", it means that the item reached your local post office successfully and was taken to your address. If you cannot find it, it can be due to various reasons and theft is one of them. Some addresses do not have deliveries directly to door; you may need to check a second location like a mail room, front desk, or safe drop location. Also, check with everyone in the household as another member of the house may have received or retrieved the item. If still not found, please contact your local PO first and enquire about it as we do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen items, because it's beyond our control.

Can I cancel my order?
Only if it hasn't been shipped yet. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes to orders that are already on their way. For this reason, we recommend to carefully check your shopping cart before making a payment and/or review the order confirmation page after completing your order (you will also receive an automated e-mail with the details just in case). If you will change your mind and/or notice that something's wrong after placing an order and you haven't received a shipping notification yet - let us know immediately and we will do what's necessary!

Do you accept returns?
At the moment we only accept returns for items ordered from the US warehouse. Please always contact us by email within 15 days of receiving if you'd like to arrange a return. Keep in mind that you'll need to cover the return postage costs, unless the item you received was faulty or we sent you a wrong one.

Please always check the sizing information provided in the description and contact us if you are unsure about the measurements - we are always glad to help!

What is your refund policy?
We offer hassle-free reimbursement if you have not received your item or if it is damaged. We will be able to refund your payment if you have not received an item for longer than 35 days or if the item is broken. In case of damage, we will require photo evidence that should be sent to hello@yummycactus.com
