Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We offer FREE worldwide delivery to everyone.

When will I receive my order?
International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. For more information, see our Shipping Information page.

Will my order arrive on time for ______?
We cannot guarantee that your items will arrive to you on a specific date as there is a risk of postal delays, especially during big holidays. Thus, we are not held responsible for such inconveniences. To avoid possible issues, we recommend placing your orders a month in advance.

I only received part of my order, what should I do?
It is possible that if you ordered multiple items, they will reach you in separate packages at different times. We aim to send you the order as soon as we can, so if one item is ready sooner than the other - we will ship it first! Please feel free to get in touch with us if you feel that one of the items is taking longer than it should via hello@yummycactus.com.

How can I pay?
Currently we accept payments via Paypal Express Checkout. It is a fast and secure way to pay for your purchases. Please note that you may also use a Credit Card to pay for your items via Paypal Express Checkout.

What if I don't have Paypal?
Not a problem! Just select the payment option for using a Credit or Debit Card and you will be given an option to checkout without creating a Paypal account.

Do you accept returns?
Currently we do not offer returns or exchanges if a product did not fit. Please see the sizing information provided in the description and contact us if you are unsure about the measurements - we are always glad to help!

What is your refund policy?
We offer hassle-free reimbursement if you have not received your item or if it is damaged. We will be able to refund your payment if you have not received an item for longer than 35 days or if the item is broken. In case of damage, we will require photo evidence that should be sent to hello@yummycactus.com.
